Ranch House Design : Elevating Ranch Living

Elm Tree

A single stairway serves as the trunk of this magnificent Minot home named for a majestic Elm tree on the property. The Elm Tree home features rooms that branch off from the central staircase that encourages exploration and inspires whimsy.

This home’s design drew inspiration from its physical environment and included considerations for the owner’s physical attribute – height. Scale and proportion were top of mind so the client wouldn’t hit the top of his head traversing the space.

An homage to North Dakota’s agricultural industry, The Elm features design elements rooted in farming and ranching.
