Tanner
Designer, Owner
Tanner Reidman was indoctrinated into the industry at a young age. He began his construction career swinging a hammer, which led to the pursuit of an Architectural Drafting and Estimating degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton. After a few years working for others, Tanner realized his greatest potential could only be achieved if he was in full control of his future so in 2013 he opened Plain View.
Erin
Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator Erin Reidman joined the team in 2021. Prior to joining the team, Erin had spent her career caring for others as a Physical Therapist, which is proving to be a huge asset for Truebuild Home's clients. She uses the same skills she utilized in a fast paced clinic environment to be a powerhouse for clients and keep projects moving smoothly.
Logan
Owner
Logan joined Plain View in March 2020. A University of Mary graduate, Logan puts a finance degree with construction and commercial property risk management experience to work for clients. Logan is also our state's only Certified Passive House Builder and has a serious hankering for building science and optimal building practices.
Travis
Site Supervisor
Travis joined our team in 2022 as Site Supervisor. Beyond the 12 years of management experience he brings, Travis serves as our class clown and keeps job sites running well and full of laughter.
Kayla
Interior Designer
Meet Interior Designer and Cabinet Extraordinaire! Kayla is the brains behind our sister company, Cabinet Haus, and has a love for aesthetics and functionality. Kayla brings over a decade of experience in the design industry.

We start by exploring design possibilities, assessing feasibility, and providing pricing projections to ensure your vision aligns with your budget.
Pricing & Permitting
With a clear concept in place, we refine the design, collaborate on selections, and work toward a finalized price. This phase also includes initial permitting steps.
Construction Documents
Once the design is locked in, we finalize construction drawings, complete permitting, and prepare every detail so your project is ready for the build.

Where are you willing to build?
Our reach extends 70 miles around Bismarck-Mandan. However, if you have design + build needs beyond this border, drop us a line. Exceptions may be made for projects that align with our goals and get us jazzed.
How much will this cost?
We design and build custom homes valued at $800k and up. Our fees are based on a variety of factors.
Am I able to shop for my own fixtures?
Yes! Our clients are welcome to work with our interior designer or to choose finishes and fixtures on their own.
Can I hire you to design my home only?
The short answer is no. We love to design, but reserve our time for clients who choose to build too.
Is there a minimum home cost that you work with?
We focus our work helping clients design and build homes with a $800k price point and higher. Our remodel projects begin at $100k.
Can I hire you to build a home I have drawings for?
This is definitely up for discussion! We are happy to review your home plans to determine whether we are the right fit to construct them. Our decision to build will be based on the quality and craftsmanship behind the design.
Do you offer interior design support?
Yes! We have an interior designer on staff!
Do I have to have to own a lot first?
No. We've helped plenty of people design and build their dream home after assisting with a lot acquisition.
What's the overall process look like?
Our process begins with an online inquiry, where you'll share details about your project. From there, we'll follow up with an email or call to gather more information. If your project is a good fit, we'll schedule an in-person meeting—either on-site if you already own a lot or in our office if you're still in the planning stages.
