Framing at Ponderosa Pines is now complete, revealing the window placements, volume, and natural-light patterns imagined during design. The 12' patio door and tall east-facing window wall already perform as intended, drawing in soft morning sun and highlighting the surrounding trees.
Siding installation is underway, adding the warm, low-maintenance materials selected to complement the site and reinforce the grounded, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic.
